As a couple from New England who only sort-of understood Tennessee and the Crossville area virtually, from our first video call and through her virtual walk-throughs, she helped us understand Fairfield Glade and Crossville, and narrow down our options. Then, she spent a day with Holly on a whirlwind tour, including setting up a contractor to be part of the viewing process to talk about what could be done. Once we decided, she facilitated the offers and negotiations, and streamlined the process, something very important given our deadlines to move out up north. She connected us with multiple responsive and highly skilled contractors, who followed through phenomenally. Finally, once here, she's stayed in touch, helped us identify those who can help us on issues, and introduced us to many others (including folks we now do music with).
