ZillowVERIFIED Working with George Geronsin and the entire Geronsin Real Estate team was a great experience! George was our selling agent and wonderful to work with; professional, reliable, engaged and always responded in a timely manner with our questions and concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He navigated and collaborated/coordinated with all parties involved to complete our contingent sell/buy and ensured all went smoothly and on time. The entire Geronsin Team including Carole and Steve were fabulous from the start. Five stars for a great experience that exceeded our expectations! Would definitely partner with the Geronsin Team again and refer to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Genelle and her entire team are top notch. They are well established and had experienced knowledge of the market conditions in Orange County and in our specific neighborhood. This was our third time working with Genelle and we would not have wanted to utilize anyone else with our buying or selling needs. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Geronsins services to market our parents house. Genelle sat down with us explained the process throughly of what we can expect from their team. She listened to our expectations and guided us to price it accordingly to the market. From staging, taking to market, and having an offer accepted all happened in two weeks time. My sisters and I would highly recommend anyone looking for an experienced real estate agent to use the Geronsins.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with The Geronsins Real Estate Group, especially Carole, was a truly refreshing experience. Selling a home is never easy, but Carole made it feel surprisingly simple, and even pleasant. What stood out most wasnt just her expertise (which is undeniable), but her kindness, patience, and genuine concern for me throughout the entire process. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare in real estate, or frankly, in any business. I'm incredibly grateful to Carole and the entire team. They not only got the job done, they made a stressful life event feel calm and manageable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I could not be more proud to write this review as The Geronsins are my modern day superheros! I went through multiple listing agents and was on the market nearly one full year. I knew something was missing. The moment Genelle and George took over my listing, things changed immediately for the better. Within days, we had a full ask offer and the showing requests were non-stop. As they were the seller's listing agents when we purchased the house and procured 13 ALL CASH offers at that time, I should have known to go with them from the start. Their charisma and charm, alongside their knowledge are top notch! There is no doubt they have gained a lifelong client moving forward!

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with the Geronsins real state group to sell my home, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! They conducted a thorough market analysis, helping me set a competitive price that attracted numerous potential buyers. Their knowledge of the local real estate market was evident throughout the entire process. ZillowVERIFIED I had an amazing experience with the Geronsin team! I interviewed several realtors before selecting Genelle to represent me. She was 100% focused on my house and getting the best possible outcome for my situation. Genelle is committed to excellence in every single detail including staging, photos, listing description, marketing brochure and organizing showings. Her level of communication is meticulous and she responds to each and every text and phone call in a very timely manner. This team is highly successful for good reasons. At the time I post this, they have sold 85 homes in the past 12 months. And yet, they manage to treat you like you are their only client. The personal attention gives complete confidence you are in good hands. Genelle is an excellent negotiator and exceeded my expectations. She made the entire process stress-free and easy. The best part is, she is an absolutely delightful person to be around. I am extremely grateful to Genelle and her entire team. You owe it to yourself to talk to this team before hiring anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED Genelle and her team did a great job selling our home in Yorba Linda during an interesting time in the market. When my wife and I decided to sell in the fall of 2022, we noticed the Geronsin Group had sold other homes nearby and decided to interview them along with a few other agencies. The Geronsin Group by far impressed us with their knowledge of the market, honest assessment of the market situation and overall positive attitude. Throughout the process, the entire team - Genelle, Steven, Pam and others - were always easy to work with and always in constant communication through showings and open houses. Given the sudden shift in the market due to multiple factors, we appreciated Genelles expertise in navigating us through the offer and negotiation process. We had a great experience and highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with The Geronsin Team was nothing shy of a phenomenal truly 5 out of 5 star experience! Being my first home sale it was very important to me to work with someone extremely knowledgeable in the real estate business. The first person to come to mind was Carole Geronsin. Carole was referred to me by my Mom who had the pleasure of working with her buying and selling a few of her own properties throughout the years. My Mom always had the most positive things to say about her experiences with The Geronsin Team that it only made it that much easier of a decision that I wanted to work with them. Genelle Geronsin really knows what she is doing. I was put at ease knowing I was in the best hands possible for selling my home. Not only did she manage my transaction with the upmost professionalism, what really went a long way with me is she kept me informed every step of the way. I was over-the-moon with the quality of photos and videos taken by the teams photographer - anyone would be thrilled with this teams work! It goes without saying I would recommend The Geronsin Team to anyone interested in selling. It was a joy to work with Genelle and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you SO MUCH, Genelle Geronsin! As a first-time home buyer, who entered this crazy new market, I had no idea what to expect. What I quickly learned was scoring Genelle as my realtor, was a game changer. With homes being on the market mere days and selling for more than the asking price, you need a connected, efficient and smart realtor. YOU GET THAT WITH GENELLE. From day one, she explained the process, what to expect and how to narrow done my search to areas more suitable for my family. She sensed what I needed and with no questions asked, basically held my hand through the whole process. Her knowledge of the market, OC landscape and years of relationships with other realtors definitely allowed me to edge out other buyers and get the house of my dreams. She went above and beyond what was necessary, making sure I had every question answered, hiccup addressed and problem solved. She was also incredibly responsive. I never went more than a couple hours before I received a call back or response. It is no wonder she is such a successful realtor. I would recommend her to any serious buyer who wants to land a home within budget, at a fair price and one that matches their needs and wants.

ZillowVERIFIED My home was not in the primary area that The Geronsins normally work in. It was listed with a local agent and sat on the market for close to a year without 1 offer! Carole Geronsin came in, listed it, and sold it in about two weeks. I had met The Geronsins years before listing with them and thought very highly of them at that time. Quality listings, straight talk, and the patience to listen. Everyone should owe it to themselves to give The Geronsins a call and experience what it is like to deal with real professionals in the real estate business.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very pleased with Carole and the Geronsin Team. After interviewing a total of four real estate agencies, we made our decision to list our Yorba Linda home with Carole. A certain peace and settled feeling accompanied that choice. Each agent that we interviewed approached the marketing plan differently, but Caroles team believed in our price point, and went to work to make it happen. Add to that the thoughtful staging of our home, and we received a full-price offer on the first day from the first homebuyer. With Caroles decades of expertise, coupled with her honesty and integrity, we knew we were in capable hands. The Geronsin Team made it happen.

ZillowVERIFIED Carole is the Martha Stewart of real estate in Southern California. As founder of the Geronsin Real Estate Group, she has sold thousands of homes in her long career and her expertise shows. We interviewed realtors and chose her because of her knowledge of our community, expertise during the crazy Covid market, and her creative ways to sell in the constant changing world of real estate. She handled our house with confidence, ease, excitement and urgency which gave us the feeling that she was handling our house as if it was her own. When our house listed, we had 24 people in 4 days come through and sold it with multiple offers on the 5th day. Her support team is large and very competent and we used her ample supply of personal resources to get the house ready quickly such as painters, handyman, termite, etc. as well as packers for moving day. She is the complete package! We even went on a week-long vacation during escrow and had no worries while we were away because she was taking care of everything. Our experience was positive from beginning to end and we would recommend her whole heartedly. She may not be a master chef like Martha Stewart, but she is a master real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We are so grateful for the Geronsin Team! George and Carole have been professional, reliable, respectful, and knowledgeable every step of the way as they represented us as our sellers agent(s), recently. They appreciated the value of our upgraded features and didn't try to get us to lower the price to make their job easier but, instead, were proud and excited to showcase our home to interested buyers within hours/days of our signing with them. With the exception of events caused by COVID-19 which were completely out of everyone's control, they made it happen! In fact, especially during this crisis, I'm grateful we worked with Carole and George. ZillowVERIFIED I could not be happier with Genelle Gersonsins and her team. Genelle absolutely knows the best way to prepare and market a home. She is extremely thorough with her communication & a pleasure to work with. Selling a property while living out of state has its challenges. I interviewed a handful of highly rated Realtors, but had an immediate connection with Genelle, and never questioned or regretted my decision. Genelle is so knowledgable about the area, the buyer, and what needs to be done to prepare a home for market. She also has the connections with any contractor you would ever need. There was not much I had to do, she took care of everything, and right before the listing went live, my home sold! Carole did a great job of steering us away from improvements with no return on investment and provided appropriate recommendations for marketing our house. After 25 years in our home, some of the recommendations were emotionally challenging to accept but ultimately proved to be effective. Our house sold in half the amount of time for the average number of days on market as compared to other homes in our area. During the entire process we felt we were well-informed and well represented. We would use Carole again and would certainly recommend the Geronsin team to anyone buying or selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! We were extremely fortunate to have Genelle and her team as our agents for our very first house purchase in the US and our experience was stellar and could not have been any better. She is so amazingly competent that for clients like us - absolutely new to the country with zero idea of anything about how the processes work here- purchasing a house was a breeze. Her depth of knowledge about the business is stunning to say the least. She knows EVERYTHING and is ready to help, guide, advise you at all points. I cant remember a single question - pertinent or silly- that she didnt answer with the bat of an eyelid. She is extremely thorough, has a very keen eye for detail and we were so thankful to her for that. She gives her clients needs and desires outmost priority and never fails them.Genelle is exemplifies supreme work ethic and deserves immense respect for that. She took note of all that we wanted in a house from our first meeting and then carefully shortlisted houses all of which fit the criteria one way or the other. This made us take our own decisions with respect to what kind of importance we wanted to give the features we thought mattered to us. Instead of telling us what she felt made sense and was doable, she was so patient to let us arrive at our own conclusions. She understood that it was important for us to be a hundred percent sure of our decision and made sure we feel absolutely comfortable in making that. She was extremely prompt with communication and answering any queries we had. Even when she was travelling she would respond to or msgs as soon as she could. She made sure we were always posted all developments as they happened and quick decisions could be taken to fix anything. She had detailed information and knowledge of all the steps of the property buying process and very kindly guided us for things that dont even fall under her purview just to help us find everything comfortable. In addition she knows all the important characteristics and features of every house she shows you - which schools in the district, their ratings, the highway assess, the noise levels, the condition of windows, kitchen. It really helps when you have the information readily available while you are looking at a house and not later when you can maybe remember all details. She gave us so many valuable pointers about the house, the interiors, the quality of materials etc, keeping in mind our personalities, our needs and future. We felt confident in judging a house we wanted to live in given her advice. She always and always kept us first. If she wanted she could have steered us in the direction of another property which was one of our final options, where she was the sellers agent as well. But she never even slightly tried to do that. In fact she gave us her objective and neutral opinion when we asked and made us see how the other property suited us more. Such strong work ethic is commendable where she keeps the client first regardless of what business sense it makes for her.Small details which make her even better than anyone in the industry - always punctual, always kind and jovial, always truthful and honest, always delivering commitments, always taking responsibility. There can be a lot more that can perhaps be said about Genelle and her team, and they deserve all the praise. We saw quite a few other agents in the market too and they can say with perfect confidence that she really is THE BEST! It is very easy to see the difference within one meeting. We would be ever so thankful to Genelle and her team for our first house in California and would highly recommend her to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Steve Hamel is an individual of the highest integrity and ability. We bought our house as a listing from Steve in 2010 and kept in touch with him over the years. He helped us, for no gain of his own, over the years with general real estate questions. So, when we decided to sell our home in March 2019 it made sense we would use Steve's services. Not only did we have several offers within 1 week, we also sold the house in that same period of time for over the asking price! Steve did an exceptional job answering all of our questions as well as walking us through our first home selling experience. There was never a moment where my wife and I did not feel that Steve had the process under complete control. After the completion of escrow, Steve also helped us to find a new short-term rental option and did an outstanding job of listening to our needs and matching up opportunities for us to see properties. We were able to quickly choose a new home based on Steve's knowledge and advice on choosing a new home for our family. I highly recommend Steve and will continue using his services in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED The Geronsins are an amazing team to work with! They understand the current market, buyer interests and how to sell your house. They also dont sugar coat anything. What you see is what you get, which I truly appreciate. We came to the Geronsins after our house sale fell through with another agent. Carole and Genelle understood the situation, and provided feedback on what buyers are looking for in the area, such as painting the kitchen cabinets and updating the deck in the master bedroom. They provided suggestions but also provided quotes that were economical. Being out of state, we were not able to ensure the work was carried out correctly. The Geronsins stepped in to supervise the efforts. In the end, the house looked great and we received a fair offer. In hindsight, we should have just worked with Geronsins from the beginning! It would have saved a lot of stress and time.
