ZillowVERIFIED Genaro Duran was incredible. We had 10 acres of vacant undeveloped land that we wanted to sell. He came out to look at the land, had lots of photographs taken of it, and ask a lot of questions about it. I expected that it would take a couple of years at least to sell the land based on my own analysis and knowing how long it has been taking to sell land in that area. Genaro was able to get it sold in a couple of months. Unbelievable! I strongly recommend Genaro for your real estate needs, I will definitely be using him again when I sell my house in a couple of months.

ZillowVERIFIED After struggling through the tumultuous housing market as prices were rising. Genaro was wonderful about listening to our needs, suggesting options and things to consider. The shopping and purchase process was extremely smooth thanks to Genaros guidance and support. ZillowVERIFIED Genaro is a fantastic Realtor. He answered all the questions that my wife and I had. He always put us first, and took us to see many homes. Always on top of everything, and helped out with everything. My wife and I felt comfortable with him from the first time we met, and trusted his opinions. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking into buying a house. He was very accommodating. Never rushing us. And we kept him very busy. He even got us a welcome gift when we closed on our house. ZillowVERIFIED Genaro is one of the best realtors Ive met. He patiently showed me many homes and always made time for me. Unlike some realtors he never got lazy or complained even though Im a picky person. He always had a positive attitude and was very knowledgeable and knew what to do with any concern I had from the beginning of the buying process to the end. Even after I purchased my first home, he is still very helpful with questions I have. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for great realtor they can rely on.

ZillowVERIFIED If youre on the market to purchase a home, Genaro will not disappoint. He has assisted me in two home purchases and both experiences were wonderful. He is extremely professional, knowledgable, honest, and shows your best interest (as opposed to most realtors). He dialed into my familys needs and did not waste our time showing us homes that were out of budget nor homes that did not meet our expectations. Genaro was also very responsive and on time with appointments and submission of documents. My wife and I have very busy jobs and Genaro worked diligently so that we wouldnt miss out on any opportunities. I highly recommend Genaro, I will sure be calling him on my next home purchase.
