ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough great things about Gena Carter! I've had the privilege of working with her on multiple real estate transactions, including both personal homes and investment properties, and she has consistently exceeded my expectations. Her professionalism, expertise, and commitment to her clients are unparalleled. I'm typically very cautious when it comes to making referrals for something as important as real estate, but with Gena, I have complete confidence. I've referred her to friends and family, and without fail, everyone has been thrilled with her work. She is simply the best in the business and the only person I trust to help loved ones navigate the complexities of a real estate transaction. Genas knowledge of the Austin market is second to none. She has a deep understanding of local dynamics, a strong network within the industry, and an uncanny ability to negotiate and secure the best deals. ZillowVERIFIED Out of the thousands of Real Estate Agents in Austin, there only a few really worth working with. Gena Carter is one of these few. Fortunately, by the grace of God, I found Gena to represent me as my Real Estate Agent in buying my first new single family home in Austin. She had an impressive knowledge of the Austin area and an amazing ability to help me to quickly find exactly what I was looking for. She was extremely responsive in answering all my questions and concerns and with assisting me through the entire process. She also shared her excellent negotiation skills in getting the sellers to lower their price saving me lots of money. I definitely wouldn't take the chance trusting the representation for the buying or selling of my home to anybody else besides Gena.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Gena during my first experience renting a property. She made it so easy! Her process was informative, efficient and effective. She did a pre-listing walk through to identify any repairs, recommendations, etc to ready the property. Once I was ready, she had a photographer capture and edit the very best photos of the property and pull together an attractive listing. I was able to review and approve everything through the process. Once the listing went live, we had a number of applicants within 24 hours. She conducted walk throughs and had a recommended tenant the very next day. She worked to connect me with tenants, provide all paperwork and direction and checked in to make sure the transaction was great for all involved. I cant recommend her highly enough! Definitely work the investment!

ZillowVERIFIED Gena is a rockstar and one of the most capable, sharp, and hard working real estate brokers I've ever met. After cold calling a few different brokers looking for someone to partner with on purchasing an investment property she stood out as an honest, hardworking, capable broker. Throughout the entire buying process Gena went above and beyond the call to ensure the process was painless and stress free. Would highly recommend her to any investors looking to purchase properties in Austin or any homebuyers looking for their dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED We had the extreme pleasure to work with Gena Carter on the purchase of our new house in Dripping Springs. Gena has been nothing but stellar in the level of service she provided to us, she went above and beyond our expectations from a real estate agent and was always accommodating her schedule to our when we went for open houses and needed assistance along the home buying journey. She not only was great during the purchasing process but also made sure that after closing the escrow we were able to find contractors we needed for the repairs we planned, and also offered her assistance to help us finding information from the city regarding utilities. It was a great experience working with Gena, she is a real professional in her category and does provide true real estate agent service and not just send you links like too many other agents did with us. Instead she met with us and tried to really understand our needs and tastes. She is very tenacious in helping you find the right home at the right price. I wouldn't want anyone else on my side of the table during negotiations. We couldn't be happier, and we'd recommend Gena to anyone looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Gena and her team were extremely helpful throughout the 10 month process during our search for a home in Austin. She was very responsive and understanding when we decided to cancel a purchase of a new house because, when we got the blueprints and realized just how small the yard would be, we just couldn't stay with the house. We visited Austin two more times in the next 8 months and she went the extra mile, even taking our daughter to one of the many Austin Brewery festivals. She was a godsend during the frustrating period of time when we saw house after house come on the market that we really wanted only to go pending a few days before we could get there. As fate would have it, we found the perfect home and once again she and her team were there to hold our hand and calm us down during the frustratingly fast and complicated escrow closing, especially considering it was a long distance scenario. We would go with her as our agent again without a second thought.

ZillowVERIFIED We started communicating with Gena while we were still out of state. She began by sending us property listings with our parameters and answered any questions we had about the area. Since time was of the essence after we arrived in Texas she quickly set up showings for any properties we were interested in. If she was unable to meet with us she sent one of her associates (Peyton) so that we could still see the property right away. After we found the one we wanted, she negotiated both the price and some extras for us. Her coordinator, Alyssa, then took care of getting all the proper paperwork in order. A very professional team and very knowledgeable. Above all, friendly and great to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Gena was very helpful in ensuring that we find the house that fit or needs and wants. Living 6 hours away made it difficult to stay on everything. Gena knew what we wanted and advocated on our behalf. We had constant communication to discuss every detail. I am very pleased on her service and our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Gena and her team were amazing. They knew how to price my house to sell for well over asking price and I was also able to lease my house back for almost 4 weeks for 0 dollars. They were tremendous. I will use them again in a heartbeat. But hopefully not too soon. I am exhausted. Moving is hard work!

ZillowVERIFIED Gena is hands down the best, we feel extremely lucky to have her as our agent. She is extremely knowledgeable and intelligent, also very patient and kind. She always stood up for us against some of the bothersome seller's agents, we felt at ease and safe around her. Gena was the first person that we officially met in Austin, her friendliness and helpfulness also convinced us that this city is the right place for us. We moved from San Jose about 9 months ago, now living in a perfect home in Austin, we really couldn't have done this without her and will definitely buy from her again in the coming years. Look no further, whether you need help finding your future home or investing, Gena is the best.
