Brief context: I had been living in my townhome for 7 years before I got married. After our family grew my husband and I knew we needed more room. We toyed with the idea of moving, even drove all around Tampa Bay looking at houses, but never made any serious moves. Once we decided to get serious, though, we secured Geesh as our realtor because we saw his success with buyer after buyer from all walks of life. We knew it would be a challenge and faith walk because of our limited resources (we are teachers), but we trusted God through it. Geesh was VERY patient with us in our search as there were specific aspects of our potential home that we wanted and didn't want to settle. Time after time Geesh met with us according to our schedule and answered all questions I may have had about homes or the entire process. He never got frustrated after showing us home after hone that we rejected, or after we kept widening and then narrowing our geographic search area. Though we had offers denied, we finally were able to purchase a home! This was a process that lasted well over a year. Our home had everything we wanted and was in a location we desired to live in. Geesh was instrumental in ensuring that the sellers were fair to us when certain conditions were not met after the home inspection and negotiated deals expertly. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, understanding, fair, and transparent (because let's be real, some realtors just do it for the money), then secure Geesh as your Tampa Bay real estate agent!

Geesh did an amazing job with helping with the purchase of my new home! He was familiar with the area and was able to work fast and cater to my needs. I was in a very tight time crunch to find a new home and Geesh helped me so much. We were able to close in less than a month.
