ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a rough time working with the seller and Bank getting into our new house. If it was not for Gaylon I do not believe we would have gotten the house. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.
ZillowVERIFIEDGaylon is an excellent real-estate agent! He went above and beyond to inform us on the condition, of the home, and area comparable. I would not hesitate to refer Gaylon to anyone interested in purchasing, selling nor renting in the Mid-Michigan area. The company he is associated with is just as efficient and reliable!
ZillowVERIFIEDGaylon worked his magic on selling our home and finding us a new one. When we called and said we wanted him to list our house he was out the very next day taking pictures and told us a listing price that would help it sell fast, an boy was he right! In less than a week we had a full asking price offer! He worked just as hard on finding us a new home, and even though it wasnt as smooth sailing he was always attentive and on top of it. When the sellers tried to counter already accepted agreements Gaylon new exactly how to handle it without us loosing out on the house. He is a great realtor and we would highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDGaylon is a great realtor! He spent countless hours showing us house after house until we found something we absolutely loved. He always viewed the houses with us as if they were for his own family, he was thorough and pointed out anything he had concerns about to assure we werent getting something we wouldnt be happy with later on. He always acted quickly and aggressively to get us into freshly listed homes but was never pushy. I would highly recommend Gaylon to anyone looking for a home or selling a home! He is honest, hard working, and a fun person through the whole process!
