Gayle was terrific! She was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately tuned in to what we were looking for in a new home. She was tireless in sending us ideas and listings, and very prompt in responding to our questions. When we went on tours to look at homes, she was always right on time, ready to go. When it was time to make an offer she followed through with professionalism and confidence and as a result we have a new home. The timing was incredible! Gayle represented us as buyers on a listing where she represented the Seller as well. She could not have been more fair-handed, efficient, and responsive. Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could have and Gayle followed up on every detail for us, including having the house professionally cleaned before we took possession!
