ZillowVERIFIED If you need a relator get HER! From start to finish she was outstanding. Would recommend her 100%, 10/10 and 5 starts all the way! She kept us updated frequently, negotiated like a pro, and made sure we understood every step as a first time home buyer. Just phenomenal!

ZillowVERIFIED Gayle was willing to go the extra yard. She gave me more hours than any realtor I know - by far. Also, Gayle did great showing houses but she also did great introducing me to Vero Beach.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Gayle is superior to excellent !! We are working in North Carolina, and we saw this house in Florida, we contacted Gayle and she went to see her for us and filmed a video of every detail of the house, and advised us all the steps to continue offering it. It is our first house and it was very stressful ... She accompanied us and guided us at every step to make everything simple ... she recommended people to fix some things that the house has, she is excellent at her job and a great person , we really thank you for all the help you gave us and the concern she had for everything to be perfect!

The day we put our home on the market for sale, she was showing us homes to buy, she was patient & finally -89 days later, we had gotten an offer on our home-she walked us through the process, guiding us and giving us pointers throughout. Thank You Gayle!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Gayle, not only is she extremely intelligent about real estate in the area, she guided me through each process as it had been several years since I purchased a home. She even showed me houses before they went on the market, giving me an edge to offer first. What I wanted was a very specific, Gayle listen to me and found me the perfect home which wasnt easy! ZillowVERIFIED The purpose of this review is to provide the highest possible grade to our agent Gayle D'Haeseleer in the purchase of our new home in Vero Beach. This was our 10th real estate transaction and the level of customer service and customer focus was exceptional. This level of customer service performance was at par with Gayle's in depth knowledge of the real estate market in this area. My wife and I were delighted to have her on our side and appreciated her input and guidance through all phases of the purchase of our new home from the initial search all the way to closing.AJ & Olivia Santos

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold a dozen or more properties with many different realtors. Gayle D'Haeseleer, is without hesitation, the most experience, knowledgable, professional, an over achiever and licensed real estate expert that I have ever encountered. I purchased a property from her in 2017, the transaction was smooth and seamless. I now rely on Gayle to handle all my transactions and would not consider anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED Gayle made certain she understood our needs and identified suitable properties for us as soon as they became available. Her advise on offer amounts was invaluable; we would have overpaid without her help. Her insight and contacts in the trades industry were of critical importance as they helped us accurately gauge aEURoefixer-upaEUR? costs. I highly recommend Gayle as a true professional.

ZillowVERIFIED I loved working with Gayle. She made you feel like you were family and made it seem like you were the one and only. She always did what it took to get us into houses to look at and to negotiate when it was needed. She ran everything to ground from start to finish. I would recommend her to everyone I know and if I ever need to buy a house again (hopefully not).

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough about my experience working with Gayle. She is professional, intuitive, responsive and one of the hardest working Realtor's I know. An investor's dream! Very helpful, she knows how to put together a deal and keep it together. I purchased, rehabbed, and rented a property from 3,000 miles away. Sight un-seen, never once visited the property all within 7 months of meeting Gayle. She helped me from beginning to end and I plan to do it again and again. If you are an investor, first time homebuyer or youve done this before, Gayle is on your side throughout your transaction and beyond! Gayle gets the job done. She's an awesome Realtor and a lovely person to get to know.
