About Gayle Bailey

Gayle Bailey is a native to Northern Virginia and a licensed real estate agent who has been active for half a decade. His parents who are veteran agents with over 50 years of experience introduced him into the family business. Since the beginning of his career, Gayle has been the recipient of the NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club Top Producer award by grossing 15+ million dollars of business each year. He contributes this success to his high energy, ability to stay current with market conditions and effective use of Internet marketing and advertising to maximize the highest exposure for his clients. Gayle is a graduate from Leadership Fairfax's Emerging Leaders Institute where he was selected as one of the top upcoming leaders in Northern Virginia. Gayle is an active member of the Potomac Business Alliance, a networking group in Lansdowne, Virginia where he has held numerous leadership roles including Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Membership Committee Chair. Along with being an active member in the real estate market, Gayle is devoted to serving his community. He is on the Board of Directors for Langley Residential Support Services, which provides services to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. He coaches Langley's Special Olympics basketball team and has successfully led his team to the championship for the past two years. Gayle is also an active member of his church where he volunteers with Young Life Capernaum; a religious based organization for individuals with disabilities. Gayle married his high school sweetheart and lives in Greenbriar with his wife and two dogs. He lives to serve his faith, family, and community believing only then, by living with these values, he can realize his full potential.
