She was my realtor when I bought my first house. She was really good friends with the seller I bought the house from. A few things needed fixed or replaced, the roof being one of them. The seller was to pay half of the roof. At closing a check was made out to a contractor to pay for half of the price of a new roof. The check went to the contractor and I have yet to see any of this money. Ive reached out to Gay a few times with no response!

Gay Smith is the best realtor in Sidney. I would highly recommend her. She is very friendly and professional. She fought for us to get a refrigerator that was in our contract but taken out of the home. She even met someone at the house when we were at work so the fridge would not be left in tge rain. She is wonderful!
