She took our hands and led us through the process from A to Z. This house would not have sold without her hard work, expertise, patience with our situation (long distance sale between many relatives and involving way too many lawyers) and sense of humor.She swooped in and took over every task that needed to be done, including scrubbing out the refrigerator because she didn't like the way the cleaners cleaned it. She was essential to the sale because nobody in our family lived locally. She knew every contractor, every expert that we needed to hire, and she would run over to the house to meet them and let them in, then go and make more phone calls on our behalf, then make arrangements to meet inspectors.When there were issues about what work to do, which offer to accept, she would wisely remain objective and just provide facts and statistics so we could make our own decisions. No matter how often we asked for her opinion, she would gently abstain from giving one, and just offer some more points about recent sales in the area for us to chew over.When I say that she did so much beyond the normal work of a realtor, I'm not exaggerating. We truly would not have made it through this process without her. The only reason I wish I lived in Westchester county, was so that I could let anyone know who lived there, that they would be as lucky was we were to have her leading our team and our sale.

ZillowVERIFIED For the past three years Gay has helped us through the difficult process of moving in Westchester County, both in temporary digs and finally into our new home. Throughout the process she was extremely knowledgeable of the area, listened precisely to our needs, and filtered through homes that did not fit the bill. She was there during rental walk throughs before and after, took pictures of the rental before, and then brought them to the final walkthrough to make sure we didn't pay for anything that wasn't our fault. During the house finding/building process she went to many homes/land with us and gave her honest opinion or each home, its pros and cons and why we should or should not look at it. When we finally decided to build she was very helpful in influencing our layout choices to make sure the homes resale ability would be high. She went to several closing walk throughs and found items our inspecting engineer (whom she helped recommend) or I didn't catch. Having had a horrible experience with our agent during our first home sale, Gay was a complete professional, with a stable of people to help during this process. If you are considering someone else, just stop, you have already found your agent.

Gay is very knowledgeable in lower Westchester and helped us zero in on our dream home from a wide variety of homes available. She was able to provide spot on comps which assisted us in self-assuring our offer and final purchase price. Soon after we closed Gay went to work on the sale of our former house in Pelham, NY. She was able to quickly get the house on the market to show for sale. We went through a lengthy debate about how to price the home to maximize views and our return. We ended up selling the house over our asking price and was able to sell it within a month of the initial listing. It was a win win! Finally, Gay was able to successfully negotiate a close to 20% abatement on our property taxes for our new house. Gay took the lead in meeting and discussing our request with the assessor's office. She prepared all of the documentation and fought to get the reduction. The abatement will be an added bonus as we start our new journey in our new house, which we totally love.
