Gavin Stueber is a Realtor with NextHome Select Realty, serving De Pere, Bellevue, Green Bay, Appleton, Howard, Ashwaubenon, and the greater Northeast Wisconsin area. Raised in De Pere and connected to the region for more than 20 years, Gavin brings a strong local perspective and a genuine interest in helping clients find the right fit for their goals, lifestyle, and future.

Gavin's path to real estate began with an early interest in marketing, sales, and property ownership. Before becoming a Realtor, he worked as an event foreman, coordinating large-scale projects, leading crews, managing timelines, communicating with clients, and solving problems in fast-paced environments. That experience shaped his approach to real estate: be prepared, communicate clearly, follow through, and make the process less stressful for the client.

With a marketing associate degree from NWTC and hands-on experience in drone video, photography, and social media content, Gavin understands how presentation and communication can make a difference. He is especially interested in working with people relocating to Northeast Wisconsin, investors, growing families, and clients considering investment properties, new construction, and waterfront homes.
