ZillowVERIFIED Working with Gautam on purchasing my first real estate investment property was an absolute pleasure. One of the things that stood out to me about Gautam was his willingness to go above and beyond the typical responsibilities of a realtor. He was attentive and genuinely interested in understanding my needs as a customer. During my hunt for my first property, the price of the house we intended to buy was increased by the builder. Gautam, presented us with multiple alternate options immediately. His proactive approach and ability to find other properties within no time shows his commitment towards his customers. Gautam took the initiative to show me around the town, giving me a comprehensive overview of the different neighborhoods and amenities available. He patiently answered all my questions and engaged in detailed discussions about the investment potential of various properties. Throughout the home buying process, Gautam was there every step of the way. He accompanied me to walk-throughs and made sure I understood everything that was happening. He even helped finding the right guy for backyard project. Overall, my experience with Gautam was exceptional. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to meeting customer needs set him apart. Looking forward to working with Gautam again. I highly recommend Gautam to anyone in search of a reliable and knowledgeable realtor who truly cares about their clients' satisfaction.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a home owner and live in Bay area - I was looking for real estate investment in Fresno. I met Gautam after few other real estate agents who lives in Fresno town. I found him polished and experienced, very focused on clients interest. He explained me about the Fresno market and what moves and what not w.r.t real estate. I was clear on what - I could not have imagined a real estate agent could take is time to show round around 15 properties in a span of week while taking me around the town educating me about the culture, events and making be aware of what is good/gold, bad and ugly - where to invest and where not to touch. He is very professional at work yet friendly, 100% service oriented and very helping by nature. He has been helping me in several ways - very knowledge on business formation and taxes which he does not shy away to share, introduced to helpful contacts, helped me in getting a property and also with walk-throughs and always making me feel he there if I need him. I had planned to buy one property and ended up happy buying two, with the confidence that I have local friend who will help me if I cant travel to the site. He assisted me in finding good deals for landscaping and window blinds for the new homes - he supervised the work and got them done while being very patient and cooperative in accommodating changes. He said the first day, I offer 100% service and he delivered beyond it. I am one happy customer..I can vouch for him. I referred my few friends who also went ahead to invest in Fresno and Gautam helped them find their investment homes, and likewise extending his help from purchase to finding a tenant, and beyond. He did an outstanding job and I am willing to do more business for sure. I highly recommend him for your real estate business needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Gautam went above and beyond as a realtor! He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a property and really fought for us in the negotiations to get us an amazing price, additional amenities and strong contingencies. He even found that our property has a gorgeous mountain view hidden away behind a few trees, this discovery in itself increases the value of our home. He also has amazing connections to professionals all over and in differing specialties, multiple times I did my due diligence and finding better deals or partners but none of them came close to what Gautam's connections offered. I cannot say enough amazing things about Gautam and how wonderful he's made our first home purchase. He continues to even help us today with our new home renovations and getting quality services for a great price! Thanks so much Gautam for setting us up for success every step of the way!

ZillowVERIFIED The total of our time working with Gautam continued for multiple years as we were in the process of marketing and selling our existing home in another town several hours away. Thus, we were in and out of several escrows both on the home we were selling and those we would make offers on when our buyers fell through for various reasons and, thus, we couldn't meet our contingency for completing the purchase of a home in Clovis. Through all those ups and downs, Gautam's efforts and service never lessened, his communications and adaptations were great. It was just an all around positive experience working with him. He was our agent for buying a new property.
