ZillowVERIFIED Gary is a wonderful person and realtor. Working with Gary, as my wife and I bought our 1st home, was easy and painless. Gary is a true professional who will go above and beyond for all his clients. I can remember one night specifically where Gary showed my wife and I nine different houses. I dont mean driving by and looking at the house, I mean doing a walk through in each home. I have never ever heard of a realtor doing anything like that; I knew that evening we working with the right guy. His responsiveness was impressive, as was his professionalism and his knowledge of local neighborhoods. Gary helped us find a home that we could not be happier with. ZillowVERIFIED I dont remember how I was put in contact with Gary Swartz, however, Im certainly glad that I was. He worked very closely with me in finding and obtaining our first starter home. I know that I can be demanding and a little difficult to deal with, but he never got frustrated with me. When I wanted a showing, he got it for me ASAP if it was available. He kept me informed throughout the process, and was very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of buying a home and the different programs available. He was able to get me the very best deal possible; negotiating a fair price. After the inspection, he even got the seller to fix a few things that the seller wasnt required to fix, AND he got me a home warranty paid for by the seller! He worked closely with my lender and I was able to close with nothing out of pocket. It doesnt get any better than that. I couldnt be happier. Thanks Gary!

I believe Gary would rather not make a sale then to have someone buy a property that wasn't the right one for them. He was extremely comfortable to work with and always honest with his advise and the process. Almost always answered my calls otherwise got back with me quickly. Besides negotiated the deal of a lifetime, he went out of his way to make sure we found the right place. I had so many unique property requests I thought it'd be next to impossible to find a place that fit them all. Especially at the price point I needed it to be. I regret spending so much time trying to find a place on my own. It took Gary very little time to find my perfect home.
