ZillowVERIFIED Gary is an excellent realtor. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He really cares for his clients, which I feel is a rare thing to find. He listened to exactly what my husband and I wanted and found us the house of our dreams! It was literally everything we had on our want and needs list plus so much more! He also helped us sell our house which we listed on a Friday and it sold that Monday. In 3 days he sold our house. My advice is listen to his suggestions on how to stage your home, it really works!

ZillowVERIFIED We have recently purchased our very first home. Going into this process, the words anxious and nervous would be an understatement to describe how we felt. We had previously used a different agent a few years back, and they were horrible. Gary was recommended to us by a family friend, and we are glad that we were able to have him help us. The first meeting with Gary was long, but very in depth, providing us with probably more information than what we wanted to know at that point. However, he used this time to build a knowledge and understanding of who we are, where we want to be, and really get to know our style. Going through the process, we ended up having 4 different bids before we landed the home we are in. ZillowVERIFIED DO NOT EVER RENT ONE OF GARY SMITH'S APARTMENTS!!!!! He is the absolute WORST and laziest landlord ever! If you rent one of his apartments, be forewarned you will move into a dirty apartment (not cleaned between renters), if you need anything fixed it will take him forever to get it done, you will have to ask multiple times for the same thing to be fixed in which he will always have an excuse for you as to why he hasn't gotten to it yet, when something is fixed the work is so shoddy, and he is completely negligent of his renters and his rental properties. The grass is always severely over grown, the drive way is never plowed or shoveled in the winter, he is so lazy!! Save your time, money, and aggravation and don't rent OR buy from him. Waste of your time, and you are definitely NOT a priority to him.
