ZillowVERIFIED Gary Pish, with Howard Hanna Realty, helped me sell my mother's home in New Kensington, PA. I live in Alabama and relied on him to arrange meetings with inspectors/cleaners/repairmen etc. He and his Manager, Rita Sumney, even found someone to remove all of the remaining furniture and dishes out the house! He kept me updated on all of the showings and was prompt in answering all of my phone calls and texts. When we found an interested buyer, Gary made the entire closing process unbelievably easy. We listed the house for sale on April 1st. Our closing date was September 15th. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Gary was responsive and available at all times, even when he was on vacation while we were in the midst of negotiations. Gary worked with our schedules for viewing available houses without hesitation, including during week nights and weekends. He would also provide MLS summary fact sheets for the houses we would see for our use in comparing each home. During closing, Gary was mindful of the financial closing specifics and assisted us at the closing table, while advocating for us during the transaction.
