I would come up with a list of properties within my price range and he would make arrangements, almost immediately, for me to tour the property. Sometimes giving me a very valid reason why I didn't really want to buy a property. I think I'm in the last home I'll ever own but if the need arises, I would definitely call Gary again.

We looked at a total of 5or6 houses before purchasing our first home and Gary always answered our calls and met us right away at the house. I was a little apprehensive about the price, because it was a higher than what we had figured I could comfortably afford. Gary had informed me he talked to the finance guy and it would fall into the price range I was looking to be in for my monthly mortgage payment. I went to look at the house. It was perfect! He was very patient and really listened to what we wanted and needed. The entire time he said it was what we wanted and would make us happy that was important to him and he really showed that. He would send me lists of houses. We spent months looking and days going from house to house and none of them was "the one". Some houses not even walking inside because we knew it wasn't it and he'd say "ok on to the next one" while still smiling. The one day we found the house we knew we'd love to be our first home. We had a long process after making an offer before getting to settlement. We had to get our financing through PHFA and had to jump through many hoops. Gary was very on top of everything and helping with everything he could. He even came out on his personal time to paint our home which we could not be more appreciative and thankful for. One day the time will come where we will outgrow our home and when that times comes we will have Gary will be the one to help us find the next one. We would definetly recommend him to anyone looking into purchasing a home.
