We went back and forth over the months about what we wanted and where we wanted to live. We were very picky! We worried we were wasting Gary's time. Gary never gave up on us. He showed houses to us on our schedule (given that we were out of state), he looked for houses that met our very specific criteria, even as that criteria changed and I am thrilled to state that we now own the house of our dreams! Gary did so much work for us during the purchase process. He met numerous inspectors several times at our house and he did things we couldn't do because of our distance. They both are so kind and truly cared even beyond just buying a house...I just had my furnace go out in my house that I bought in June last year and couldnt find my warranty paperwork. I called Gary to see if he could help my get this information and within thirty minutes has gotten me the number for the company and even texted me twice after the fact to make sure I was being taken care of. They care about their clients and want whats best for them. We still keep in contact just to chat and catch up about whats new.
