ZillowVERIFIEDI recently used Team Gary Miller to sell my recently passed father's home, and I was absolutely blown away by their service. I live out of state, so I was unable to be there in person for the sale, but Casey was a complete rockstar and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Casey was always available to answer my questions, and he kept me updated on the progress of the sale every step of the way. He was also incredibly responsive to my requests, and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I was also very impressed with Team Gary Miller's marketing efforts. They used a variety of channels to reach potential buyers, and they were very successful in generating interest in the property. In the end, the house sold for a great price, and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Team Gary Miller. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell a home. I would especially like to thank Casey for his outstanding service. He was a pleasure to work with, and made the entire process as stress-free as possible. I would not hesitate to use Team Gary Miller again in the future, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top-notch real estate team. Overall, I would highly recommend Team Gary Miller to anyone who is looking to sell a home. They are a professional and experienced team that will go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with the results.

ZillowVERIFIED Gary Miller and Team are extremely experienced and responsive. I needed to sell my Mother's older home as quickly as possible to secure funds for her new assisted living home. Gary and Team knew the Pueblo market very well as were able to advise me on what repairs/improvements would result in a successful sale above listing price, without me spending unnecessarily. My Mother and I are very thankful to have worked with Gary and Team!

ZillowVERIFIED Gary and Cassy both worked hard dealing with 3 offers ... 2 of which failed to close. They returned calls and were available during a stressful time. They got the word out timely when a couple deals fell through and we ended up closing within 45 days of the original listing. They are able to network or have a large network of contacts into many of the local firms, The Miller team would be a huge benefit to any seller or buyer. They work in a very professional and expert manner and it was a pleasure working with them. Thanks again!!

ZillowVERIFIED Gary and his team were wonderful to work with. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint! The team was extremely responsive to our many questions and concerns. We had some dicey issues with our title, inspection report, etc and Gary navigated through with great expertise. Really appreciated his vast experience and knowledge in guiding us through the process of selling a house. We so appreciated his professionalism in every step; from how to list, to how to show, to how to close the deal. Additionally, we had moved out of town during the listing and Gary handled this potentially complicated situation with ease. And his sense of humor is a nice bonus!

ZillowVERIFIED We were forced to cancel a contract to buy a home in Pueblo West CO. because the buyer of our home back in South Caroling backed out of the contract. Gary Miller personally assisted us to find another home in the same area that we wanted to be in, after a second contract on South Carolina home was secured. He prevented us from incurring a second expensive trip to CO. by checking out the condition of our new home, taking pictures/video, and professionally handling all aspects of the sale, advising us all along the way. There is nothing more stressful than a cross country purchase/move and Gary made it as easy as possible for us. You can't go wrong with Gary Miller in your corner.

ZillowVERIFIED Gary Miller is amazing! We were the sellers and live out of state, he made it so easy for us to get work done to the house (it was previously rented and tenants left us with a ton of work to do/fix) as well as work with us in closing. my husband and my self again don't live in colorado and due to family emergency I was in a different state then my husband at time of closing. He is truly an amazing realtor! I highly recommend Gary Miller!!

ZillowVERIFIED We couldn't be more pleased with Team Gary Miller's service or our home shopping experience. They were flexible and really cared about where we ended up. They took the time to show Cindy and I the market, we viewed many homes that fit our needs and even set us up with a lender that fit our needs. We are happy with the whole process and really enjoy our new home. Thanks for everything.

ZillowVERIFIED This is a great story...my wife and I were relocated to Pueblo for work and were thrust into temporary housing. Shortly after establishing our temporary residence, we took part in attending the entirety of Pueblo's Parade of Homes. Upon reaching the last house on our tour, my wife asks the realtor, Gary, who was hosting the home if he was the one who put out a certain list of homes that she had heard about. Upon clarifying, Gary tells her who this guy was and we find out that he is married to Gary's ex. HA! A big foot in the mouth award for my wife. We all had good fun with that. Gary was a great sport about it and offered to get more info that we were looking for. He even offered to register with our relocation company to assist us, although I'm sure it wasn't in his best interest monetarily. From this point on, Gary was nothing but helpful. He took us around town and shared facts and history of the area. He worked with us to determine our wants and needs and ultimately found the house that we purchased. Gary was there through the end and has helped in locating area professionals to assist with the additions we have planned to our new home. There is not one thing I would change about our experience with Gary Miller. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell in the greater Pueblo, CO area. Thanks Gary!
