The lead agent we worked with was Gary Mercer Jr. From the moment we met Gary, we felt at ease with him. During the selling process his advice was always on the cautious side but the final decisions were left to us. When we made that decision he followed our lead, even if it wasn't what he thought we should do. The selling process can be confusing, and Gary was always reachable, to explain anything we didn't understand. As far as rating Gary Jr., he gets 5 stars, the support team could have been a little more personable, so the overall rating is 4 stars. One never knows how busy they were. Our experience was satisfying and tiring, but we would without a hesitation recommend Gary Mercer's Real Estate Team.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot stress how grateful we are to Gary for helping us both buy and sell our home. Purchasing a home in the 2022 housing market certainly had its fair share of ups and downs, but Gary navigated our way through every step of it. He knows all of the ins and outs of buying and selling and is 10 steps ahead of so many others in his field. Hes extremely well connected and knew of many houses before they even hit the market which gave us many opportunities. We worked with Gary over a full year to purchase our dream home and sell our existing home. I cant count how many times I said aEURoeThank goodness we have Gary.aEUR? He really knew so much and taught us quite a bit. We dont plan to move again but if we did hed be our first call. I know everyone knows a realtor in their life but do yourself the favor of finding an expert rather than using a friend. It will make such a difference in the process. Gary is definitely the expert youre looking for!

His response time to our inquiries was rapid, regardless if it was early in the morning or late at night. His team was extremely organized and truly contributed to the overall wonderful experience. ZillowVERIFIED We were set up with Alex after submitting an inquiry on a Zillow for a listing under the Gary Mercer team. Since we didn't have a Realtor yet, Alex reached out to us to help set up a viewing. And wow, we are lucky she did! My husband and I are first-time home buyers, and Alex demystified the process the process for us. She was an amazing communicator, explained every element in detail, and was incredibly supportive and transparent. We can't thank Alex enough, and we're so fortunate to have her represent us. She exceeded any expectation we ever had and provides such a personal touch to the home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED Gary and his team were great to work with! They helped us find exactly what we were looking for and were very flexible throughout the search process in accommodating our timing needs (coming from out of state). They were very professional and listened to our requests. As first time homebuyers, Gary and his team were very patient and thorough in explaining the various steps of the process and guiding us through in as stress-free a way as possible. They made us feel comfortable asking any and all questions and were very responsive to both calls and emails in a timely fashion. We would highly recommend the Gary Mercer Team for anyone looking to buy a home in the Chester County area!

ZillowVERIFIED Weve had the pleasure of working with Sharra and the Mercer Group for the purchase and sale of our last two homes. Sharra is reliable, knowledgable, and really gave us the freedom to make the decision ourselves, but gave her input if asked. She made the process so easy for us! We cant say enough good things about this group and wouldnt work with any other realtor!
