In todays competitive real estate market, it is imperative that the sellers agent has a firm grasp on appropriate marketing tools; ability to negotiate the value of your property in comparison to other homes listed in your neighborhood; has extensive knowledge of real estate laws, taxes, and codes; and a network of industry-related professionals. Because of these attributes, Gary and Jennifer successfully sold our home within three weeks of listing. Of special note, our situation was unique since we reside in California. As such, we did not have direct access to the house and the ability to meet face-to-face. Accordingly, Gary and Jennifer increased their communications with daily check-in calls/texts/pictures/emails and went out of their way to physically be at the house on our behalf. Review We put a bid on a house and won. We were able time wise to coordinate the sale of ours with the purchase of the new home. Well the week prior to close we were notified that the home we have bid on had a $500,000.00 lien. The lawyers Secratary dropped the ball! Now we had our home being sold within a month and we had no where to go. We agreed to hold our position on buying this home for atleast 3 more weeks. 3 weeks led to 5 weeks and we asked Gary to start showing us homes again. We found another home and quickly put a bid in and the next day the lien was lifted on the original home and we finally closed on the original home. What I want to point out is that through out this chaos and my not very nice attitude, Mr. Gary Mawson was always professional, available and very helpful even when I was not. I highly recommend their services!

Review Since Trish and I were trying to sell our house while living out of state, Gary was instrumental in getting the process completed. He did a great job moving everything through the closing process and seemed to be the only one involved (including the attorneys) that was able to get information as to what was going on. Even our attorney said that having Gary involved really helped move the process along. Gary was very helpful getting the inspections done and even helped us figure out what to do with furnishings that we had left in the house. Being out of state, Trish and I are not sure what we would have done without his help. Thank you Gary for everything!
