ZillowVERIFIED I can't speak highly enough of our experience with our realtors Gary Keshishyan and David Zakaryan. I heard about Gary Keshishyan's professionalism from so many people that I decided for myself to buy my next house from him or his team. When I first met David, Gary's partner, I knew instantly that he was the one for us. David is phenomenal. First of all he is an amazing person, he is very honest and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. He has always answered every call, text or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family. We always felt like our Realtor David had our best interests in mind and were kept informed about every aspect of the process. We could not be more pleased. A good team or agent can help you save time and money, and can liberate you from anxiety and fatigue. I highly recommend Gary and David to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Gary and his team are incredible! We had to sell our condo and buy a home at the same time so I knew I had to go with someone that could make this happen. I had heard from family and friends he was the best in the business but it wasn't until I was his client I understood what they meant; his connections. I realized what makes Gary the premier agent is his network and reputation with other agents. Because of his network, Gary was able to find a buyer for our condo after just 1 open house and found us the perfect house in the exact area we wanted. He helped me with everything throughout my selling and buying process; from handymen to home inspectors. Thank you Gary and everyone on his team for everything!

What can I say. He is the NUMBER ONE in the area.dY~SdY'?. And I mean it. This is how process was: After meeting with him and signing the contract and doing open house, and getting offers next day ,seemed like he disappeared, but anytime I had a question and called him to ask, he had the answer right away, he never told me, let me check Vardui, that means he was on top of things even though,if you don't hear from him or see him. Thank you Gary for being so professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I even start. Ive worked with Gary multiple times and every time he and his team have met and exceeded my real estate buying and selling expectations. No one comes close to them in terms of professionalism and knowledge, they take you A through Z and ensure you have the best experience ever when buying or selling your house, which lets be honest, can be very stressful. With Gary, I was always at ease and trusted that he will make sure I get the best possible outcome. He always delivered.

ZillowVERIFIED We can't thank David enough for how helpful he was in the process of purchasing our first home. Time and time again we were told that it would take us forever to purchase a home in this current sellers market, and although we were intimidated by the market, we decided to take the plunge and start looking with David as our realtor. Much to our surprise, David helped us find and purchase our home so quickly. As new home buyers, we had many questions and really needed an agent who could walk us through the entire process, and David did just that and more. He is incredibly professional and knowledgable, and he goes out of his way to help make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. He never once pressured us, and he always looked out for our best interest. From the first time we met with David, my husband and I could immediately tell how trustworthy and helpful he is. A major perk of working with David is that everyone in the field seems to know him and love him and we're not surprised as to why! He worked so efficiently with our lender and with escrow agents, and made sure everything was handled in a timely manner. We're forever grateful to David for helping us find a home just in time for our first baby to get here, and for making sure that we got the best deal even in this super inflated market. Best agent!

ZillowVERIFIED There is a reason Gary is #1 in our local market and more. He is simply knowledgeable in all aspects of purchase and weights the pros and cons of property. Even during this Pandemic, Gary always took necessary precaution to ensure the buyers and sellers felt comfortable. The BIGGEST plus working with Gary is that he knows majority of selling and buying agents, his network is large, therefore his approach to The Deal is remarkable... if gives him that edge for his clients. Ive had total of 4 transaction since 2012, all single family purchases.... and all transactions, I have felt Gary came thru 100%. ZillowVERIFIED We have met Gary back in December of 2016 and he showed us a house that we have found on Zillow. At that point we were not ready to buy. During March of 2017 We found a house through open house and we really liked it - but we did not think we could make an offer on that house as we were not ready at all. Gary helped us connect with the right lender and got us an approval letter in a very short time. He helped us make an offer, guided us throughout the negotiation process and provided helpful insights during the 60 days of escrow. We got the keys of the new house in June 2017. Not only Gary helped us get into this house that we really liked and thought it wouldn't be possible to make it all work, he also helped us to find a tenant for my other house and guided me through the entire process. Thank you Gary. You have been great.

ZillowVERIFIED Being fortunate is an understatement to have found Gary as our Realtor. He is absolutely amazing. He is a loyal man who never differentiates any client, no matter what the deal is. He helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we traveled from location to location to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, he was always by our side to make our house purchase was simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with him was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us excellent advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone!!!! THUMBS UP

ZillowVERIFIED I actually researched and found Gary on Zillow during my research. I had many experiences before in not only finding the right property in a affordable pricing that matches with my needs but also connecting me with the best team of loan professionals is what Gary did. He found the best of what I was looking for. In a way, I felt that Gary was doing what a quarterback would do for his team. I trusted him from day 1. I do not like expressing my experiences with writing but this I can't not do. He is one professional individual that knows to listen to the customer's needs. I can say that his number 1 priority was to make sure he gives his best in customer service and makes sure to full-feel all needs associated with his project. I highly recommend Gary for a professional and knowledgeable real estate agent and not only for finding a property to purchase but to rent.

ZillowVERIFIED I purchased a home in 2004 and another one in 2011 from Gary. He was awsome both times and very detail oriented in his knowledge of the area schools, resturaunts, and neighbors. He also noticed things about the home that I missed in my initial walk through and let me know of minor damages and missing fixtures. We looked at many homes and I didn't like any of them until he reccommended one that was right up our alley. We have been here for a year and a half now and think this will be forever.
