Had a very poor experience with this real estate agent. In the process of purchasing a home, their agent did not reply or follow up to 3 e-mail contacts that I sent. He replied once to my very first inquiry requesting more information on what I was looking for. I sent him a detailed response (available if you need a copy of the e-mail). He never replied to that e-mail....and never replied to 2 other follow up requests. This agent also indicated that he would be listing a home soon in the town of Woodville Maine (an area of potential interest to me) and never provided a follow-up contact. All in all, a poor experience and well deserved of the rating of 1 star as indicated in this review.

My husband and I had the distinct pleasure of working with Gary Jordan when we purchased our retirement home in St. Albans Maine. Gary was the sellers realtor, however, as the buyer I can not express how much he assisted us in a very lengthy and stressful endeavor. In mid-stream we changed lenders and Gary was with us 100%. Gary helped the process by keeping us updated on all aspects of the purchase of the home. There were various issues we ran into as buyers, Gary was there with us every step of the way. Gary suggested an inspector, who did a wonderful job and followed through. Gary also suggested another lender, who expedited the process and made it move much faster. Gary was always there to offer advice, expertise, suggestions, following through. If not for Garys conscientious work ethic, his forthrightness, honesty, integrity, we never would have closed on this property and my husband and I will forever be indebted. We live in New York State and Gary was masterful in giving us knowledge into the area. Gary was also wonderful with negotiating with all parties involved. At times the process was very challenging and discouraging, but Gary kept encouraging us, keeping us in the loop helping to expedite in every way, shape and form. Gary was very proficient at the closing process and ensured that we did what we had to, to ensure wed finally close, and we did. WHen I would stress about any obstacles we were facing, Gary was patient in calming my fears and keeping my on target. I we would highly recommend Gary on all levels he surpassed all expectations and we are truly grateful. Gary is an asset to the team at the Massiello group of Homes and Gardens. Every time I see a HOme and Gardens realtor sign in New York, I think of Gary in the Bangor office and feel so grateful to have worked with him. Thank you Gary you are truly a professional, wonderful, conscientious, knew the area and any obstacles we may face. I cant say enough how much Gary impressed us. I would recommend him as a buyer and a seller - he really assisted us through the entire process and I/we can not thank him enough. Gary did. a good job in a tough market.I can recommend him to others because he did a good job for me.We didnt,t get the price we wanted but I think it was advertised well and he did a good job showing it.All in all this realtor was reliable ,available and did his best to get a good buyer and in the end I think all parties were well satisfied.He did a good job!
