Complete by chance we saw him passing our house. Talked for a few minutes and he agreed on a handshake to sell my house and this was totally unexpected for both of us. He told me dont do anything and I didnt even have time to clean the house before we had a written offer before our listing was even live. Within days of stress, we were done. Also, we got an early closing we preferred. All around great experience. He always has your back and your glad to have him on your side. Everyone said it was fate or luck but it was truly God using Gary in our lives to execute a perfect sale! Would recommend buyers and sellers to use Gary.
