ZillowVERIFIED Gary was fantastic to work with - knowledgeable, professional, responsive, flexible and a great buyer advocate. He understood the processes related to the various financial instruments I was considering (traditional purchase, renovation, investment, etc.) and got me quickly connected with a useful network of lenders and attorneys. Great follow up service as well. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Gary's experience and expertise provided much needed guidance and support during my recent home purchase which included many unique challenges. His persistence and patience as he guided me through this unfamiliar process was much appreciated and ensured that all parties involved remained forward thinking and did not become sidetracked in small distracting details.

ZillowVERIFIED I was relocating for NY to the Charlotte/Lake Norman are and was completely lost. I met Gary Espin & his team. They took the time to help me understand not only the Real Estate Market in the area, but the process of purchasing a home as it is so different from what I had done in NY. Their patience, knowledge and advice took what was a very overwhelming task and made it hands down the best transaction I have done. I have relatives looking in the area and set them to work with Gary. I think that says it all!!

ZillowVERIFIED Gary Espin is the best of the best! He's assisted me in both buying and selling my homes, is very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and normal/common HOA requests, and will dig deep until he finds the answer to any question you might have! It can't get any better than this. He's the most professional and courteous realtor (who I consider a dear friend), and will take time out of his busy schedule to get you answers. He will go over and above the call of duty to work with you and family to get the job done. 100% top-notch realtor in my book. Thank you, Gary & family.

ZillowVERIFIED Gary with Espin Reality was a pleasure to do business with. He personally spent 9 months helping our family find our home. He was very patient and was never pushy, which took a lot of the pressure off looking for a home which was very stressful for me. There was so much that Gary took care of behind the scenes to make sure all inspections were set up and done and made sure everything was set up to make for a very smooth closing day. I am happy to say because of his thoroughness every thing went smoothly at closing!! I would highly recommend Gary to assist you with finding your Dream Home!

ZillowVERIFIED We originally called Gary regarding one of his listings. He went above and beyond to find out some information we needed regarding the boat dock deeded with the house. As it turned out that house didnt work for us , however we were so impressed with his services we decided to use Gary as our buyer agent. When we flew into town on short notice Gary cleared his schedule for three days and made sure we were able to look at every house we were interested in. The great service continued through closing and beyond. We would highly recommend Gary and his team!

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend Gary and the Espin Reality Team! Gary helped us both buy and sell our homes. We listed our previous home on MLS and within 10 days we were under contract!! Gary helped us negotiate price, closing date, and repairs requested by the buyers. Gary was very patient with us as we searched for our new home. He was with us every step of the way as we negotiated pricing/upgrades and addressed cosmetic issues found during the walk-through and needed repairs based on the inspection report on our new construction home.

ZillowVERIFIED Gary is a top notch realtor. He is very responsive and knows the market and area extremely well. I have worked with several realtors in the past and its hard to find a good one that knows how and when to negotiate or walk away. Gary will be my realtor on any real estate deal I may have in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I honestly can't say enough about Espin Realty. I used Gary to sell our home & as my acting Realtor when purchasing our new home. As far as selling our house went, it could not have been any smoother. Gary responded to & handled everything with blistering speed & accuracy. In reference to our new home, Gary has been instrumental in helping us handle the problems that unfortunately have been associated with the home builder & their financing company. Thanks Gary, the Branch family

ZillowVERIFIED Gary was recommended to us by a family member. He provided mls listings for nearly a year before we found Our Home. He handled all aspects since we are 700 miles away. He was our eyes and ears every step of the way. The closing went without a hitch even tho neither buyer nor seller were present. We look forward to living in North Carolina.

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect. Luckily I stumbled upon an amazing team. It starts with the agent. Then added is the lender. Well, I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Gary has been there day in and day out. Weather not a factor, time of day wasn't a factor, even me bein a PAIN IN TH A!# wasn't a problem. There is one unfortunate thing. I want to warn everyone, DO NOT STRAY from this tem. You will regret it. I did and found that no one compares to the knowledge and professionalism. I guess you could say Garys team is like going to a fancy 5 star restaurant and all the others being McDonalds. I greatly appreciate all of the time and support given by his team. Thank you.
