ZillowVERIFIEDGary was fantastic. My wife and I had always dreamed of a house on the beach. We gave Gary a price range and he found us our dream home, quickly, within our budget, and exactly as we had described. Gary then helped negotiate a fantastic deal, very favorable to us, and we closed shortly thereafter. After closing Gary did not abandon us, but helped us arrange for the repairs that needed to be done and the renovations that we wanted to do to make the home ours. This is the fourth home I have purchased. After close, our prior realtors disappeared. They had made their commission and were no longer interested. Gary has gone above and beyond to ensure we have the house of our dreams, continuing to help us find the right contractors for our needs and assisting well beyond closing on the house. He has called several times to see if we needed anything else from him or assistance with anything. We could not be happier. We highly recommend Gary Berkson for anyone buying or selling a home.

From start to finish, his expertise and dedication were evident, making the entire process smooth and successful. Gary demonstrated an exceptional level of knowledge about the market and the intricacies of selling a home. He provided invaluable guidance on pricing strategy, staging suggestions, and market trends, ensuring that our home was positioned to attract the right buyers. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Gary was his responsiveness. Gary was always available to answer our questions, address our concerns, and provide updates on the status of our listing. His proactive communication kept us informed every step of the way, which instilled confidence and peace of mind throughout the selling process. Thanks to Gary's strategic approach and hard work, our home sold quickly and got exactly what we were asking for it. ZillowVERIFIED Gary did a phenomenal job of guiding us through the sale of our house from first step to the closing. His marketing strategies have high-value impact--he found just the right buyer in a short timeframe. His knowledge, tenacity and commitment to exceptional service puts him in a class far above the average agent or broker. We have been clients of Gary's before and will be again--there is no one we would trust more.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time we have used Gary to sell our home. Gary makes the whole process seamless and takes a lot of the stress out of a very stressful period. We are confident that in Garys hands our house will sell quickly and at the right price, which they have done. We would highly recommend Gary, he has incredible marketing plans which get the house sold!

ZillowVERIFIED Gary did an outstanding job for us; we had met him about 10 years ago, however we didn't find a home we really loved back then, so we decided to keep renting instead. Fast forward to a few months ago, when we decided to once again pursue home ownership, we knew Gary was our guy! We immediately reconnected, and in literally less than 2 months, we were moving into our new home. Thank you, Gary.

ZillowVERIFIED We were introduced to Gary almost 2 years ago before we moved to Lake Mary. Even before moving to the Lake Mary area, he was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods assigned to good schools. We reached back out to Gary recently to actually start the home buying process. He was very honest about what homes he did and did not want us to purchase, made us feel that he was on our side. After we found a home we were interested in, Gary guided us through the entire process including getting us connected to a mortgage loan officer. Weve bought homes in the past but Gary was top notch in keeping us updated about everything. He went out of his way to call us and text us about everything on the house we chose to purchase. We purchased an older home so we knew some repairs had to be made. Gary knew who to contact for specific repairs. If you are looking for an agent who is well connected within the community and is very knowledgeable on a lot of the homes you want to purchase he is the one to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Gary has been a great resource to our family when moving and leaving Florida. He helped us with the purchase and sale of our home. He was professional in the best ways possible and knew that we were in the best hands possible. Our family certainly recommends Gary if you are looking to sale or purchase a new home. His knowledge of the area was unmatched to his competitors and was able to get in the place we wanted to be.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Gary the the construction of my new home, and can't thank him enough for the dedication and time he provided during the process. Throughout numerous delays by the builder, Gary was always on top of covering the communication between all parties to ensure that my home was built to the highest standards. It would have been a nightmare if I had been dealing with any other agent. Gary is not like other real estate agents and does not simply clock in at 9 and out at 5, he was there for me any time I had a question or concern about any aspect of the process. I give him my highest possible recommendation. So far, two of my friends have already purchased homes through Gary, and both have been as impressed with his level of personal care as I am.

ZillowVERIFIED Gary has been an absolute dream to work with in the purchase of our new home in Florida! We went from introductions to closing on our house in less than 30 days, and he missed ZERO opportunities to make us feel completely supported and comfortable throughout the process. We love Garys dad jokes, how quick he is with his communication, and his knowledge of the market/real estate business. Thank you so much Gary!

ZillowVERIFIED Gary is truly an outstanding real estate. We've sold several homes and have had our share of issues arising throughout the process except with the recent sale that Gary handled for us. Not only does he have tremendous real estate knowledge, but he also effectively communicated and represented us extremely well. He was more interested in making sure that we got our asking price and within a reasonable time. Our stress was minimized with Gary's involvement in every step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband's coworker referred us to Gary about 5 years ago when we moved here from Jacksonville. We were unfamiliar with the areas down here and entrusted Gary with finding us the right home for our family. I can truly say that it was one of the best decisions we've made. He is patient, professional, assertive, and most importantly, honest. His experience and knowledge are invaluable and it's clear that he's been doing this for a long time. We had the pleasure of working with Gary for a second time recently and once again, he worked his magic. He sold our home within 24 hours after listing it (at full asking price) and worked diligently to get us a same day close on our new home. Throughout the entire process he made us feel like a priority by calling, texting, or emailing. I honestly can't think of a time when Gary was unavailable. He's a top notch realtor, but he's a great guy above all.

ZillowVERIFIED Three words: Gary is GREAT! He knows his stuff and he knows how to sell houses. He has a lot of contacts who can come in at a moment's notice and put down carpeting, paint, repair woodwork and install new doorbells and locks. Whatever is needed. He always stayed calm when I was jumping out of my skin. (Which was often). It all turned out the way he said it would. In fact, we sold our house a lot sooner than expected. Al and I highly recommend Gary to sell or buy a house. You cannot go wrong with Gary.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Gary Berkson is the best! My family and I were looking for a single family home for about 6 months. We came across a home and contacted Gary. Gary was very professional, friendly, and polite from the start and wanted to know more about our wants and needs first. My family and I fell in love with the home immediately and Gary guided us through the contract and buying process. He was very patient with us each step of the way. After inspection, Gary took over the responsibility to take care of any areas that needed attention before walk through and closing. Even after closing, there were some minor things that needed to be taken care and Gary has been on top of it. I highly doubt there is someone else out there that pays so much attention to his clients. I have learned a lot from Gary as to how to treat people. Gary, my family and I cannot thank you enough for all you have done for us throughout the entire process. Buying a home can be stressful but you made everything smooth and easy. Thank you Gary!!

ZillowVERIFIED Gary Berkson by all accounts deserves the five star ratings for all categories listed above. We had a difficult property to sell. It was a very large four bedroom four bath condo with two master suites. Not muck demand for this type condo. Gary knew who the target market was. Marked directly to to them in addition to local marketing. We had numerous showings. Property was priced at the top of the market and in the end we sold the property for asking price with no complications.. One special note with regard to responsiveness Gary was always available. Took all calls or responded immediately. Very happy we chose gary Berkson to market our Condo
