Gary was fantastic. My wife and I had always dreamed of a house on the beach. We gave Gary a price range and he found us our dream home, quickly, within our budget, and exactly as we had described. Gary then helped negotiate a fantastic deal, very favorable to us, and we closed shortly thereafter. After closing Gary did not abandon us, but helped us arrange for the repairs that needed to be done and the renovations that we wanted to do to make the home ours. This is the fourth home I have purchased. After close, our prior realtors disappeared. They had made their commission and were no longer interested. Gary has gone above and beyond to ensure we have the house of our dreams, continuing to help us find the right contractors for our needs and assisting well beyond closing on the house. He has called several times to see if we needed anything else from him or assistance with anything. We could not be happier. We highly recommend Gary Berkson for anyone buying or selling a home.

Gary did an outstanding job for us; we had met him about 10 years ago, however we didn't find a home we really loved back then, so we decided to keep renting instead.
