We were in a Very difficult situation, disabilities, and the house needed a lot of Attention (putting it mildly). I went from Applying for my loan, to closing and moving in under 30 days for my first home. He made sure all my paperwork was in order and signed. He helped me one on one make my offer, figure out concessions for the seller and get to the table fast. He even took me out to the local pub in Port Huron for a celebratory drink after we closed.
