This was my first time selling a home which can bee a very stressful situation. Garrett came in and sat down with my wife and I and explained the entire process. He explained the way his company gets the most exposure for your home utilizing social media along with all other sources of advertisements and even had a whole computer presentation along with pamphlets as well. Garrett was an honest realtor who kept me informed throughout the entire process. He worked weekdays and weekends, and answered my phone calls/texts in a timely manner. Garrett provided all the information I would need upfront along with a roadmap of what to expect along the way. My house had an offer to buy after only 4 days on the market, which was well above the price I was expecting to receive. He used a great photographer, internet marketing, social media, and had a virtual tour of the house setup for the day the house went on the market. Needless to say, we did have many hiccups in the sale of the house though. None of these came from my agent, but rather the buyers of the house. Garrett provided years of experience in dealing with these situations, worked around the clock, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
