ZillowVERIFIED Robin Osborne is the hardest working, most productive Realtor I know. She buys and sells for us quickly when we need to turn property. One example was a townhome we needed as an investment property for a few years. She found one for us near downtown Hickory and helped us buy it at a great price (below tax value) within just a few weeks. Several years later when we were done with it she sold it for us for a profit.. again within a matter of weeks. Next, we plan to list a singlefamily home of ours with her and expect another quick sale. I highly recommend Robin Osborne.

ZillowVERIFIED When my husband received a job offer in another state, we had to move fast to put our home on the market, we were hoping the whole process wouldn't be longer than three months, but also believed it would probably take longer to finalize the sale. We had never worked with Robbin Osborne before, but heard she had a great reputation and knew we had to work with someone who could help us sell our home fast; we now know why she has such a wonderful reputation; the for sale sign went up on a Tuesday night; the house was listed Wednesday and within hours we had our first call to show the house which was scheduled for the following day. The first person who looked at it made an offer and with minor negotiations it was sold! Robbins expertise in knowing the market and the fair asking price made this fast sale possible; the next few weeks were a whirlwind, but her calm demeanor and quick response to every text or email sent to her made this transaction a breeze. We closed on the house one day short of a month from the day the offer was made and I cant sing her praises loud enough; if you need an agent who is: knowledgeable; smart; has years of experience; makes you feel like you are her only client; gives you undivided attention and provides fast results, I highly recommend calling Robbin. I personally cant thank her enough and we are so glad we trusted her knowledge and judgment with the sale of our home.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have gotten settled into our first home. We owe it all to Robin Osborne! We were new to Western North Carolina and found Robin by chance. She was a tremendous resource for understanding the Hickory area. She had amazing insight on school districts and neighborhoods that give you maximum access to entertainment around Hickory. We werent sure exactly what we wanted when we started our house search but she was patient. Robin took the time to get to know us and our style. She sent us listings regularly of homes that matched our checklist. Even if I found something in my own searches she would scope it out in advance and let us know whether it was worth going to see and if it would match our checklist. Robin was flexible with our work schedules to show us homes. Since we were first-time homebuyers we had lots of questions about the process and Robin was always ready and willing to educate. She was savvy with all forms of communication (email, text, or phone) making it easy for us to stay in touch. I would recommend Robin Osborne to anyone looking for a new place: commercial or residential, primary home or vacation home. She will find your ideal space to call home! You will not regret or be disappointed working with Robin. In a few years when our family outgrows our current home I will be calling my realtor and now friend, Robin Osborne.
