Garrett was great to work with during our search for properties in Eastern Idaho. We live 5 hours away and Garrett was always willing to get eyes on properties we were interested in as well as provide feedback on the pros and cons of each property. He is extremely knowledgeable of the entire area which was great when it came to input on specific areas and potential county, state, and environmental hurdles that may be applicable to the different properties we were interested in. Very responsive, regardless of the time of day, to all of our requests. Although we have not found that perfect property as of yet, will we continuing using Garrett and highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying land or homes in Eastern Idaho.
