ZillowVERIFIEDGarrett was a great agent. I had tried to sell my place without an agent for quite awhile and something would always come up and it wouldnt happen. Finally frustrated I reached out to Garrett. He was confident he could get a buyer at a good price. Even with it on the MLS it showed to be a difficult listing but time persisted and he continued to advertise and update the listing as needed. Eventually a deal was brokered and it did require quite a bit of negotiating but he sealed the deal. I am very happy with the outcome.
