We ended up not being able to follow through with the process and I felt extremely sorry for wasting Garrets time and told him when we were ready we would be contacting him again. November of 2017 we were approved for a home loan and I reached out to Garret, when I spoke to him on the phone he remembered who I was and also where we wanted to purchase a home which made me feel like he truly cared. We started lookin at houses and found the house we wanted to purchase. Throughout the entire closing process Garret kept us up to date on everything that was happening. When we went to close there was a minor issue where something was taken out of our house that wasnt supposed to be and he made sure that issue was resolved the day we went to closing.
