    I had to sell my condo from out of state. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She was very knowledgeable of the market temperature, realistic on expectations and got me the best price for what we were working with. Not only did she get a good price but she got it fine l done with tenants in my unit and in record time so there was no loss of rent. To be able to say this was a smooth transaction when I was out of state is a testament to how she conducts business. I'm lucky I used her as my broker.

    Gail was great in helping us sell our home. She went above and beyond what a normal realtor does i.e. assisting in staging the empty home, numerous open houses, and prompt updates (even with no activity). She was able to get our unit sold despite having three units come out at the same time and got our home sold within 30 days from offer to closing!
