Gail Rachlin helped me buy a pretty piece of land in 2017, which I held, not sure if I wanted to build or buy. Meanwhile, she showed me numerous houses, demonstrating expertise in the area--she even persuaded me not to consider one because she knew it would be isolated in bad weather!
