She agreed with me that certain actions should be taken in the management of my property - but then she turned around and did the exact opposite. I don't know what else to say. It's very sad when you no longer feel you can trust someone yo once had a great deal of trust in. My experience in this neighborhood is ruined by her actions (or lack of action) and I don't know what to do. I'm very unhappy.

ZillowVERIFIED When we recently moved from New Hampshire to South Carolina we needed a real estate agent we could trust not to waste our time with unsuitable properties since traveling back and forth several times was not a good option. We were looking for a small, local real estate firm and with Gail and her husband Dave we found the perfect fit. They both managed to come up with a potential property list that allowed us to find a new home already during our first trip to SC. Gail and Dave's responsiveness to any question or request was outstanding, even late at night. Not only did Gail handle all transactions without any problems but also had to straighten out mistakes the seller's agent made.The new home needed new paint throughout and floor refurbishment. Gail's connections to local contractors proved invaluable in getting this done in a timely and cost effective way before we moved in. She supervised and checked all work that needed to be done. For us, living far out of state and trying to manage this work on our own prior to moving in would have been almost impossible. Gail and Dave did a lot more for us than can be expected from a regular real estate agent. We would recommend this very friendly and very capable couple without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Gail in early 2014. We needed to sell our home and move closer to my mother who was aging and needed help. Gail evaluated our home and recommended that we update the kitchen and master bath. We agreed and she took on the role of project manager. She had the contacts and made it happen within 30 days. Gail is also an interior decorator and was very helpful in staging our home for immediate sale. We got a lot of traffic and interested buyers but no firm offers. In November 2014 Gail and David recommended we lease with option to buy. We agree and had a signed lease effective Feburary 1, 2015. Gail managed the property for us. Our tenants were in the house for 1 year and gave us notice in November 2015 that they had purchased another home. Gail listed our house for sale in December of 2015 and it sold within a month. Working with Gail and David was a great experience. Both are very professional and knowledgable. They understand the local real estate market and will do what it takes to meet the needs of their clients.
