ZillowVERIFIEDGail& Diane were very professional, thorough and fun throughout the entire selling and buying process. We used their services both buying and selling and were very pleased with the results of each transaction. As an additional benefit we were sent a copy of the closing statement at tax time - saved us from the hassle of trying to find the information. Best agents we have ever worked with.

ZillowVERIFIED The first time my husband and I worked with Gail and Diane was when we were house hunting back in 2014. They were recommended to us by a good friend. We met Diane first, and immediately felt great working with her. She really listened to what we were looking for in a home, and she and Gail were able to find us the perfect home! We had some issues dealing with the seller and the tax assessors office, and Diane and Gail were on top of it at all times. We were confident that they knew what to do and would handle it. And they did, with utmost professionalism. Fast forward a few years and we had to sell our home suddenly. We called them up and told them our circumstance, and they worked their magic to squeeze us in for an appointment. We discussed our needs, they got our house on the market a couple of days later, and within four days we had a great offer!! Both Gail and Diane put a lot of effort into helping us when we really needed it. They were always available by phone or by email when we had a question and we're very quick to respond. Their knowledge of the area and the market is amazing!! We have recommended them in the past and we will continue to recommend them! They make a great team!

ZillowVERIFIED My pleasure to write a review of Ms Gail Buckingham for you. I was uncertain of my time of arrival so I waited 1 hour before contacting her! Inspite of such short notice, Ms Buckingham accommodated us to the fullest extent. We did not need to wait for her prompt arrival. She new details about the house and even though too large for us, she gave us a time to investigate. When we completed the tour, Gail had us follow her showing us the way to I35 highway. Many thanks #10

ZillowVERIFIED Gail and Diane were great. They looked at our home and gave us a lot of great ideas that would help us sell our home. I felt very comfortable during the whole process and couldn't believe how much they cared about us and our best interest. You can tell they really enjoy working with others and are extremely honest individuals. I would recommend that anyone selling our buying a home work with them you won't regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for a home during a time that was very challenging. Homes were selling in less than a week. Gail sent us homes to review and made time to show us any we were interested in. She worked very hard to get us in a new home. When we had some issues at the time of the appraisal, she was right there to guide us and help us through it. I would highly recommend Gail!

ZillowVERIFIED Gail and Diane were both very pleasant to work with. This was our second time working with them and will continue to do so in the future. Having a team of realtors is a big benefit when buying/selling a home. If one agent was out of office or with another client the other was always there to help. They answered all of our questions and made selling our home and buying a new one seem so effortless. They are both very professional but don't make you feel like just another client. They truly care about your wants/needs in a new home and make you feel very comfortable in the decisions that need to be made. I would highly recommend either Gail or Diane for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Gail and Diane are excellent agents. They are friendly and attentive. They know the business and the paperwork. They easily worked within our time frame. They were aware of local regulations and when it came time to organize inspections, mortgage work, etc, they kept us on track and communicated readily with the other agent, banks, title and escrow. We highly recommend them!

ZillowVERIFIED Gail and Diane went above and beyond helping us find our new home in Owatonna. It was a pleasure working with these two professional women. We were exploring all prices of houses and they were glad to show us high priced homes as well as low priced homes. We had specific needs that they were able to accommodate.

ZillowVERIFIED Gail and Diane were wonderful to work with right from the start. My family relocated to Minnesota and so it was a very big "move" in our eyes! With the top notch service we received from Gail and Diane, they helped relieve some of the stress of finding the right place in a new community. They both are extremely professional and they answered all our questions, showed us lots of places and in the end made sure we purchased the right home for our family! We feel very blessed we had this team helping us transition in life in Owatonna! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Diane and Gail were very helpful when we relocated to Owatonna from the Twin Cities. They took my many phone calls. They sent us many homes to look at online. When we came to town, they were willing to show us many homes. When we found our current home, they worked with us and negotiated with sellers until we were able to come to a mutual agreement. They were a great help to us. We are happy with our Owatonna home.
