ZillowVERIFIEDJust purchased our second investment property with Gage. He is very knowledgeable about property value, knows how to spot a good deal, and is a tough negotiator! Will definitely be working with him for our next investment.
ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot recommend Gage highly enough. He went above and beyond many times for us as we only had a couple of days where we were in the country to view houses, make an offer and purchase a house. Gage responded within minutes of contacting him and worked hard to enable us to view the houses we were interested in within the next two days. He then assisted us in making an offer on a house and negotiating a price with the sellers. We returned to Australia through the purchasing process, at which point Gage ensured he was communicative and provided guidance, all the while acting on our instructions to represent us in the sale/purchase. Post-purchase, Gage continues to assist us with questions about the community and options we have moving forward with house repairs and maintenance. Gage is the most professional and personable realtor we have worked with in the past 20 years.
ZillowVERIFIEDGage is a rockstar for first time home buyers! His excitement and knowledge about the home buying process is unmatched. We had a lot of questions, and felt very comfortable asking them. The negotiation process was exciting and Gage took no hesitation when it came to getting us exactly what we wanted and at an amazing price! If youre in the Duluth MN area, Gage makes your interests a priority and is the professional you want in your corner.
ZillowVERIFIEDGage worked within our travel schedule and showed us every house we wanted to see at times that were convenient for us. He kept us ahead of the cascade of paper and we got the house we wanted under the conditions we requested. This was a very easy transaction for us.
ZillowVERIFIEDGage was great to work with, he is very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions you might have. I look forward to working with him again in the future!
ZillowVERIFIEDGage was great! Very patient and understanding when my wife and I were undecided on a home, he spent the whole day showing us houses and we finally found the right one!
ZillowVERIFIEDGage is a dedicated salesman! He was available to answer questions at odd times, and willing to accommodate unique requests. I toured about 15 homes with him and he was very honest in his opinions of the conditions of the homes. He had helpful ideas of ways to improve the home to increase market value. Lastly, he coordinated the sale well with the selling party. Let him show you around Duluth!
