He listened to our wants and needs and was able to help us locate our current home at an exceptional price. We liked his attitude and work effort so much that we asked him to list our house in Mission Viejo. The house sold in the first weekend at well over asking price. Our next door neighbors were so impressed with him that they listed their house soon after ours sold. Again, he did an amazing job for them as well. I have also purchased over 30 homes using him as my agent and he can negotiate better than any other realtor. I have seen him tell us to pass on an offer that he would of made both commissions (buyer and seller) for a better qualified buyer. He puts his own interest behind that of his clients.
