ZillowVERIFIED Met Gabrielle when My son was selling a multifamily house. Gabrielle went above and beyond to make the sale happen when the deal seemed destined to fall through. Going into buying a new single family home on my own Gabrielle told me I was going to be her "easy one". As most people do, I am sure, I gave her a list (a long list) of what I wanted and we started looking. Gabrielle sent me a listing that I at first wasn't interested in, saying how it checked most of my boxes and was most importantly in a great area- an area I actually didn't think I could afford. She asked me if I was sure I didn't want to look when I said yes, Gabrielle just continued to show me houses. During one of these showings I was having a rough day and was feeling discouraged gabrielle mentioned the house she had first sent me and said let's just go see it right now. So we went to see it. As she said it was great and I knew I had found my house. She was able to negotiate a price for me that I could afford. I was stressed out buying a house and sent Gabrielle more than a couple of messages and phone calls with my stress, she never not answered and was always there to calm me down. The day of my closing my home insurance company had an issue with the location the way it was listed on the paper work, they needed it to say my house was part of a township- in again came Gabrielle working to solve the issue and get it done!! ZillowVERIFIED In the beginning of 2018 I was attempting to sell my home and got in contact with Gabrielle Smith through Zillow. I had debated selling my house a couple months prior and had another realtor suggest when I was ready my home would be in the $320k range and I would have to do some work to start showing. After meeting Gabrielle and feeling comfortable listing with her I listed my home. She provided me with detailed information on the true value(without work) of my home listed my home for higher and in a matter of a week I accepted an offer for $370k. In the middle of the sale the buyer and myself reached an impass that the lawyers were unable to negotiate. Gabrielle got involved and settled the issue that even our lawyers were unable to get through saving the deal. During this whole experience Gabrielle did an amazing job. She was always on top of things, was knowledgeable and professional. She added a personal touch that made selling my home more personal and not just a business transaction which I appreciated. I have already recommended her to my mother (buying a home) uncle (currently under contract) and a friend (listed home). She is a household name in my family and the worst part about selling my home and being done with the transaction is I no longer will be having regular chats with Gabrielle.

When she found one listed on a Sunday she called us right away and took us there. That's how we now have our dream home. She was on vacation in Florida and still called to check on us and update us on the progress of the sale.
