ZillowVERIFIEDI was chatting with a friend at the community center and he introduced me to Gabrielle who was near by. We were discussing selling our home and moving and she asked if she could present us a proposal to list our home. We agreed, and after completing her recommended repairs/updates and then staging, our house was listed and sold within 3 days. She knew exactly what needed to be done to the house, what price to list it for, took professional quality photos and marketed our house very successfully. She's a preferred Realtor with Realtor.com, which means her listings show up at the top of searches in the area. She was able to recommend a local contractor and to get him to work us into his schedule on short notice for some work that was beyond my abilities. She was present for us all through the process and we couldn't be happier with her expertise, her service, and her genuine friendship. We've also used her as a buyer's agent to help us buy another house, and although we've not closed yet, I feel certain the rest of this purchase will be as hassle-free as possible due to Gabrielle's expertise, and hard work.
