I had seen her walking up and down Excelsior Drive doing her marketing from time to time for over 25 years, and we had interacted with her a few times, such as when looking at a local Open House. When we recently sold our house in July 2020, she brought a wonderful young family who loved the house. They were prequalified, decided to buy it, and the sale went smoothly.
