Gabby's knowledge of the Temecula market allowed us to price the first house she sold for us at the perfect price point. Her strategy of previewing a week prior to our listing and open house had a big impact lead to multiple offers above asking price. We were so happy with Gabby's performance the first time, We had her list My mother's house, with much the same result. Price above asking and a 30 day close.
