He kept in contact with the lender, our lawyer, and kept us in the loop. Our lender had many discrepancies between what was being said and what was being done and Gabriel knew being the first one to answer our lender and helping us how to answer. He was availble at all times to answer questions and when our appraisal was denied he didn't just say ok we are done he worked with the lender to make things right. Gabriel's real estate knowledge goes further than just selling houses and each day he demonstrated his ability to problem solve and guide us in order for the lender to proceed with the loan.
