ZillowVERIFIED I didnt get to work with him because when I reached out and inquired about a listing I saw he told me the listing was no longer available but the listing is still up on Zillow and Trulia. He stated it wasnt available but he could help me find a place for a fee. And when I questioned why the listing was still up if it wasnt available I didnt get a response

ZillowVERIFIED This group/team is horrible at communication. Reached out to me regarding services in order to contract 1 apartment listing they've been trying to push (it seems like). Disregarded all information I provided to them to assist me in the areas I was looking and once I let them know I wasn't interested in signing the lease for the 1 listing they're pushing until I have an in person tour, they went ghost for a week. I reached out to them 3 times before they responded back saying they have no other apartment.

ZillowVERIFIED I was interested in renting an apartment listed in Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn. Ive called several times and left messages. Ive never received any response. I believe that too many people controlling the real estate business are practicing discrimination and only dealing with certain groups of people. You can screen calls and have an idea of a persons regional background.

ZillowVERIFIED I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this leasing broker. Initially, we agreed on a rental price before I even viewed the apartment, but after the viewing, the price increased by over $350. I wasted half a day traveling there only to find that they couldn't provide accurate pricing information. Additionally, I was asked to pay a broker fee, despite the fact that current laws prohibit renters from being charged this fee. This entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.
