ZillowVERIFIEDI have worked with Gabriel a few times now, both buying and selling. He was able to show me options timely and explain any circumstances that the home had good/bad. Some of our closing docs had to be signed remotely and he worked us through that process very smoothly. He is professional and honest. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Gabriel is the best! This is my second time working with him to purchase a home and he went above and beyond again. Gabriel is knowledgeable about the area, listens to wants/needs and helped us through the entire process. The house we purchased was the second that we looked at. Gabe sent me any listings that I may be slightly interested in and encouraged my family to look at any and all that appealed to us to get a better idea of what we were looking for. He worked with us later at night once our children were asleep to get our offer in. I send anyone needing a realtor to Gabriel!

ZillowVERIFIED Pictures were great and pricing was in a great place to attract attention and drive a quick sale at above asking price. Since he was born and raised in Williston, he knows the town well and can network with people easily.

ZillowVERIFIED Gabriel was immensely helpful throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable, and was always quick to address any questions or concerns in a timely manner. When we were unsure about something he did a great job of explaining the issue at hand, and then laying out the options that would make most sense for us to pursue. We were located remotely, so Gabriel's expansive knowledge of the area was invaluable. He connected us with an insurance agent, various contractors, snow removal, and even an estate sale contact. He even scheduled and coordinated almost all of the contractors' work. All of Gabriel's work did so much to alleviate our stress, and to make the sale as smooth a process as possible. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Gabe while selling our house in Williston. Most pictures are worth 1,000 words, but Gabe's are easily worth 2,000. Each photo perfectly captured the time and effort that we had put into our home. He is so knowledgeable, so calming, and such a treat to work with. I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Gabriel made the home buying process seem very fast. As a first time home buyer I came in with basically zero knowledge on the subject matter. Gabriel was very easy to talk and ask questions to. He was expeditious with everything too. If there was anything he couldn't answer, he was quickly in contact with someone who could. He has my highest recommendation for anyone needing a realtor. It was wonderful to work with him.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second property we have bought with Gabriel, both of which would not have been possible without his local connections and respect in the community. Gabe's passion about finding properties his clients are truly excited for, not just to make a sale, sets him apart. We will exclusively use Gabe on all future transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED Hands down the best realtor Ive ever worked with. A wealth of local knowledge and advice. Extremely personable and receptive to his clients needs. The only reason I wouldnt recommend him is so he isnt too busy the next time we need to buy or sell in Williston.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I worked with Gabe on multiple occasions in the home buying and selling process. Gabe is not only a fantastic realtor, he is one of the best guys that you will ever meet. During our time working with Gabe there was never a time a text message or a phone call would go un-replied to or un-returned. We always felt like he was completely in our corner with whatever decisions we made, but he also made some fantastic suggestions in the selling and buying process that really helped the process go that much smoother. Gabe has our family's full endorsement and we are so lucky that we were able to work with him, and spend so much time around a great guy, and we will really miss getting to talk to him every day!

ZillowVERIFIED Gabe is the best person for this job in so many ways! He is very knowledgeable about all of the details and questions that may come up when it comes to buying and selling a home. Not only does he have the knowledge behind the purchasing/selling aspect, he understand the construction and structure of a home, and can help you figure out if the home is built well and the best fit for your needs. His knowledge in all aspects of a home is out of this world. He takes the time each and every time youre with him to talk about your likes and dislikes, and works so hard to find the best possible outcome for what you are looking for. He is the most kind and selfless person I know and he will go out of his way to make things happen for you. If youre looking for a great realtor who is hands on, involved and willing to be the best version of himself for you and your family, Gabe is your guy, no questions asked! We will definitely be working with Gabe for any future needs. Hes the best you can get!

ZillowVERIFIED Gabriel was able to show us all the houses we asked and several that he had in mind for us. Throughout the process, he checked with us to see what we liked or didn't about each house. This simple gesture made it easier to decide if we were looking for a different one or putting in an offer. If and when we are ever looking to purchase a new home, we would use Gabriel again!

ZillowVERIFIED We truly enjoyed working with Gabriel. Most realtors that I have ever worked with came off as salesmen and didnt listen to what we wanted or made me feel like I was just another time slot in their appointment book, but not Gabriel. He always listened and any questions we had about houses we looked at and even selling point questions we had about our house he was very knowledgeable and if he didnt know the answer he found out right away. He was able to sell our house super fast and find us the perfect house we were wanting. I know that my husband and I both feel that we walked away from our house hunting/selling adventure with a friend. If we ever sell and buy again, Gabriel is who we will call every time.
