Not only did Gabe go above and beyond at all phases of the buying process, his experience saved our family from making an enormous mistake. Right before making an offer on a house I was in love with, Gabe's eye caught a small crack in a load bearing wall.....this turned out to only be the tip of the iceberg. The foundational issues were so extensive that had Gabe not caught it then....I could have make a 6 figure mistake. Other than his poor taste in footwear, Gabe is basically Mary Poppins perfect. : ) You & your family could not have found a better realtor.

We are first time buyers and I have to say we had the greatest experience that was way above what I expected. The process was educational and at times over my head but Gabe was there 110% through it all right there with us. If we had questions, concerns or needs he was there in person, over the phone, text, email it didnt matter he was there. His knowledge and background on what to look for in a home both good and bad. I loved that when I had a question he would answer it to the best of his ability and never made me feel like it was fine question. He was never pushy and allowed us to do this on our time and he was just along for the ride and that was fine with him. We ended up with a great house and a place to call home for many years. We look forward to working with him in the future with all our real estate needs and will always have a place in our hearts for him! We are entering our "senior" years and wanted to find a single story with a small piece of land for our pets. We met Gabe when I wanted to see a house he was representing. He is a very engaging realtor who sees details others miss. Ex. we went to see a lovely home that had been completely renovated. There was a lot of beautiful detail to see but Gabe observed a water leak that I had over looked because I was admiring the beauty of the renovation. Gabe has experience with renovation and has a network of contractors to call on for opinions/quotes. He is a straight shooter and I respect his knowledge and character.
