ZillowVERIFIED We had tried selling our house several times over 14 years and rented the house out in between trying to sell it. After tenants left the home with a lot of work to be done to be in order to get it into shape for selling. aWe spoke to a realtor and felt as though we would have to put a lot of money in to get a reasonable offer and it left us feeling like taking a far lower offer might be the easiest option. I contacted Dan for a ssecond opinion and he gave us another option. He has a system in which he lists the home and has a set day for potential buyers to come in a bid on it. Dan also suggested we sell as is since it could become costly and time consuming. Within two weeks we had 6 offers, 5 above asking price! The offer we accepted was well above the asking price. I would highly recommend Dan and the Frosty Marketing team to anyone selling a home. It was f ast and efficient. He was always available for any questions we had and the first to congratulate us when all the papers were officially signed! Dan is knowledgeable and trustworthy so when I had another house to sell he was the first one I contacted. For my second house, Dan held an event which listed it on a Thursday and it had 20 scheduled showings for that Saturday. He also had an open house on Sunday that had an additional 25-30 people that walked through it. On Monday I had 7 offers all over the asking price and I was able to sell the home for a great price.
