As a buyers agent, she truly understood what it was I was looking for beyond the house itself, but also the environmental feel, etc. She was honest in pointing out issues that might concern me as well as aspects that were in line with my vision. After years of showing homes, she never made me feel pressured to accept less than my dream. As a sellers agent, she was swift, offered connections with the best in their field, and truly kept my best interest in mind. My experience with Frieda was delightful and calming in what could be a stressful endeavor. I could only hope shed still be available if I ever needed another move.

The day of getting in contact with Frieda, she had already sent me a lengthy list of houses within our budget to go see. She is puntual and knows what to look for with the expectations you give her. I have gotten in contact with previous realtor?s prior to Frieda that would respond sporadically to any request, wouldn?t keep my budget in mind, and would take a week to set up any showings. In only a few visits to various homes she was able to spot what our style, likes and dislikes were and help us imagine what a joke could look like for us. She was also incredibly knowledgeable and knew the ins and outs of various aspects of a home to know if an appliance was old, reliable or had maintenance. We would highly recommend her as your realtor and we will be using her again in the event of another move!
