We were purchasing from a different state and while we knew the area, we did not know it in-depth, and either situation causes issues but both is troublesome. Frida entered the picture and it was like she read our minds! Frida, and her assistant Patty, listened to what we wanted and found us many houses - all spot on - to see on our visit. Since we were coming from out of state, it was a packed trip but she handled it with precision timing and also with flexibility to revisit. I may not have looked initially at the home we ended up purchasing, but once in it, we knew it was exactly what we wanted & hoped for. We hired Frida, because we knew we were going to need a realtor with that extra drive to get our home sold, and she is known locally for being a "go-getter." That reputation proved to be true. She advocated our property to many of her clients, and even occasionally sent emails to all the realtors reminding them of our home! But it was her and her alone that finally brought a buyer to our home, and if it wasn't for her, we would still be trying to sell it. She spent a substantial time working on the closeout process with the bank, and no doubt earned her money! I would hire her again if I had to do it over. 5 Stars all around, except for "Process Expertise"), and that's because it was her first short sale, so there was a learning curve to that part.
